Biography...

Dear Tenement frontman Gordon Clarke has a wealth of experience working with a range of artists including Sufjan Stevens. Gordy recently played with Paul Russell's Human Pyramids and shortly after the release of the album 'Home' in Dec 2017, the pair began the blueprint for Dear Tenement's debut EP.
Dear Tenement released their Debut EP in Nov 2019 with a sold out launch gig in Glasgow. By March 2020 they had already gained airplay through BBC Introducing and were named Artist of the Week in The Scotsman. The line-up of this band shows a promising start both in terms of indie songsmithery and the ability to deliver an engaging and impressive live show.
Adding to this band's experience is both the drummer (Rory Clark) and guitarist (Tom Brogan) from Glasgow 5-piece 'The Low Miffs' who before disbanding, recorded and toured with Malcolm Ross (Joseph K/Orange Juice/Aztec Camera).
Dear Tenement's final addition is Liam Thomas; frontman, guitarist and songwriter for Jack Butler, whose extremely well received debut album 'Fit the Paradigm' earned album of the Month on BBC Introducing.
